This year I finally got a share at an organic farm in northern Colorado. I’ve so happily become acquainted with a bounty of new vegetable possibilities. Like kohlrabi, the most adorable little aliens you’ve ever seen.

The hardest and most rewarding part is setting aside the time to prepare the great food.
