Info

Hark, we have time-travelled!  And it’s tough to say how long we’ve been out of Colorado and in the inbetween.  I’d wager it’s been about 35 hours since leaving Denver.  Somehow our quantum leap caused me to completely miss my father’s birthday, so he is one year younger in my world.  3.5 movies, 2 airplane meals, 1 book later, and we are in Auckland, New Zealand.  I have learned several quality lessons about international baggage weight limits…

Since we arrived I’ve had my first (two) kebabs and my first long black.  My insightful traveling companion has been briefing me on the subtleties of NZ coffee vocab for the past two years, so I felt prepared.  Here’s a shout out to my coffee comrades across the ocean, and to all the new ones to be met on our travels.

I’m glad to hear the long trip is over and ‘exotic’ caffeinated beverages are being enjoyed! (That looks way better than an Americano.) Yer missed already…

Glad to see y’all have made the jump into the land of tomorrow. How did you know I was at that very moment printing up more copies of Press Pot Brew?

We have y’all’s September 7th, 2012, and we’ll keep it safe for you.
