Fiordland was misspelled. Everyone must have been too distracted by the amazing beauty to notice. We arrived in the evening, before the only road in closes for the night at 7:30. It was some of the only rain we had on our whole trip, so we holed up to dinner and mugs of wine in our bunk beds. The next morning we rose and ran to the boats, just in time to catch a ride out to the ocean. It was worth it. Seals and dolphins, getting sprayed by a waterfall in the cold morning air, and of course the obligatory cup of tea. Milford Sound is a place beyond words, and I feel so lucky to have spent a day there.P2120336P2130344P2130362P2130345P2130364waterfallP2130407
